Ward, William

Martha A. F. Hand Ward, married William Ward from Northern Ireland, on August 8, 1861. They settled on a farm in south central western Kemper County

Winfield "Win" Ward, son of William and Martha A. F. Hand Ward.

The old "Calvert home" at old Rio, Mississippi, Beat 3, Kemper County, where Frances Ward Mulholland died. She was a native of Northern Ireland and sister of William Ward of the same community. Frances Ward married Joseph Mulholland who died at a young age and is buried in McLemore Cemetery in Meridian. Frances and brother William are buried in the Zion Cemetery in Kemper County.
